I shall be cutting back on one-off workshops and concentrating on my monthly workshop at Bosham House, which is an open group, and the dedicated therapy group I run at home, which is a closed group.

I shall post any workshops that happen outside of the Bosham schedule as and when.

The closed therapy group is held once a month on the 3rd Saturday of the month, 10 – 12.

The open Yoga of Sound group is held at Hamblin Hall, Bosham House on the 1st Sunday of each month.

The morning session is from 10 – 12 with a shared lunch from 12 – 1. The focus in this session is on Yoga Nidra, moving into Nada Yoga which is followed by therapeutic dialogue that helps normalise and understand the process and what it brings up.

Short Soundings are then used to explore any aspects that have arisen.

The afternoon session is from 1 – 3 and at its heart is a longer Sounding, at least an hour that leads to a deeper experience of inner sound. This is followed once again with therapeutic dialogue.

The years schedule is as follows with each session being on the 1st Sunday of the month except for January as the 1st Sunday was also January 1st and July as my wife Polly and I will be holding our retreat in Liguria, Italy on that date:
